Dr. Hasibe Gül Baytan Yıldız, MD, was born in Ankara in 1976. She graduated from Ankara Bahçelievler Deneme High School in 1993 and from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. In 2001, she worked for a short period at the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Ankara University, and in 2007 she completed her specialization in the same department.
She chose to complete her compulsory service in the easternmost region of Turkey, where she became the first anesthesiology specialist in that area. Due to her projects and professional contributions, she was awarded “Doctor of the Year” in 2008, becoming the first specialist physician to receive this title. During this period, she undertook operating room responsibilities and served as Deputy Chief Physician.
In 2008, she started working at Private MESA Hospital in Ankara, initially serving in the intensive care unit for 8 months. She subsequently participated in more than 10,000 operations across multiple surgical disciplines, including cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, and general surgery.
She has attended numerous national and international training programs. After successfully completing the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) courses, she became an instructor candidate and later served as an instructor in international training programs. She holds the Turkish Board Certification in Anesthesiology, and her European Board process has been positively evaluated. Between 2015 and 2017, she completed advanced training programs organized by CEEA, ESA, and the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists, supported by the Turkish Anesthesia Foundation.
She has participated as an observer in anesthesia clinics in Germany, Lucerne, and India, and has attended numerous specialized national and international training programs. She also holds echocardiography training certificates from American and European Societies, obtained in Athens, Macedonia, and San Diego.
Between 2023 and 2025, she completed a two-year Master’s Degree in Medical Aesthetics at the University of Camerino, Italy.
In November 2025, she obtained the Ministry of Health-approved Certificate in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Applications, gaining an official qualification in this field.
Her work in medical aesthetics focuses particularly on ultrasound-guided skin analysis and applications. She holds certification in ultrasound-assisted skin evaluation and procedures, providing safer, more precise, and personalized treatment plans for her patients.
She has received awards for her social responsibility projects conducted under the Turkish Anesthesia Foundation and “Hayata El Ver” initiatives. She has contributed to national and international multicenter scientific studies and has authored and translated scientific books.
She is a member of the Turkish Anesthesia and Reanimation Foundation, the Turkish Resuscitation Society, and the European Resuscitation Council.
In 2013, she left her position at TOBB Hospital and has been working as a freelance physician since then. She is married and a mother of twins.
Her professional interests include anesthesia in aesthetic surgery, anesthesia in head and neck surgery, airway management, resuscitation, echocardiography, and ultrasound-guided medical aesthetic applications.
